::Thursday Night Group Runs::
Yes. It’s true! Spring is here. Don’t let the recent weather fool you. The days are getting longer and there is more time to play! The road races are coming to a close, and the adventure racing season coming up. Time to hit the trails, my friends!
Each week the group will take on a new trail. As always there will be different pace groups to run with. Run leaders and sweepers will be on hand to ensure a safe and fun trail experience. Frank, our fearless group leader wants to make sure that no one gets left behind!
If you would like to carpool to the location of the week, please meet at Extreme Runners and be ready to head out at 5:30pm. Otherwise, meet at the trail at 5:45pm. For more information, don’t hesitate to contact us at 703.9544.

Extreme Runners Tuesday Morning Walk/Run Group
Designed with the walk/runner in mind! This is a great opportunity for those active people who are looking for some motivation, and are still in the early stages of thier running program or simply getting back at it. Meet Cliff and Maureen every Tuesday morning at 9am for a fantastic one hour walk/run session.
